Registration & Eligibility
- Use of the site is restricted to individuals and corporate entities 18 years or over or of legal age dependent on the local governing jurisdiction. Any individual not old enough to form a binding contract but at least 13 years of age may only sign up in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, their legal parent or guardian. Any individuals younger than 13 are not permitted to use the site. By accessing and using the site it is represented and warranted that you fulfill the aforementioned qualifications.
- By registering you become an official member of RepYourCourt. RepYourCourt reserves the right to terminate, refuse, or revoke membership at any time and for any reason. Only one membership is allowed per email address. Usernames are chosen freely with the respect of local laws and RepYourCourt reserves the right to request a user to change his/her username at any given point in time.
- By registering a member becomes solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their username and password as well as restricting access to their computer, phone, tablet, or other device used to access the site. Members may not transfer their account to another individual or entity or permit access to their account by other individuals. Any misuse such as illegal activity or statements as a result of third party account access is entirely the responsibility of the account holder. Password changes can be done at any time through the account settings menu. If any misuse is suspected please notify RepYourCourt immediately.

Communication
Some of the forms of communication services available through RepYourCourt are email, SMS, chat, forums, personal homepages, team pages, event and court profiles, photos, videos, and other web services.
- As a member you may receive periodic notifications and emails pertaining to our communication services. Many are voluntary and can be changed via the account settings menu.
Code of Conduct
By using the site you agree that no materials of any kind submitted through your account will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights; or contain libelous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material. The site may not be used to collect the contact information of its users for the purpose of solicitation. Automated scripts to collect information are strictly prohibited. The site may not be used in any unlawful manner or in any other manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the site in any way. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. Additionally users may not:

- post material that contains viruses, computer code, files or programs that would in any way inhibit, interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software
- tamper with, alter or otherwise interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of this web site or any activity being conducted on this site, or use any device, software or routine to do the same, or permit or assist others to do the same
- post any private or proprietary information including but not limited to social security and credit card numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, or physical addresses
- solicit personal information from anyone under 18 or of legal age
- solicit passwords or other personal information for commercial or unlawful purposes
- frame or link to RepYourCourt content without the express written consent of RepYourCourt
- log into or attempt to log into another user’s account
- attempt to test a vulnerability by bypassing or breaching security or authentication measures without proper authorization
- post any message with forged packet header information
- decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up part of the site
- aggregate, copy, or duplicate our content without express written consent from RepYourCourt
Content
You are solely responsible for all content and information within your profile including pictures, videos, username, profile bio, and personal comments. Many of the player profile information fields can be hidden if desired through the account settings menu or during registration. You are also solely responsible for what you post or upload. RepYourCourt assumes no responsibility for the content its users create and will rely on its core users to flag and identify inaccurate, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate content. RepYourCourt will periodically conduct sweeps to ensure the integrity of the contents within the site are maintained.
By posting content to the site, you are automatically granting RepYourCourt an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license to: use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part) and distribute such content for any purpose (commercial, advertising, or otherwise) and in any medium; prepare derivative works of such content, or incorporate such content into other works; and grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. Content that has been removed from RepYourCourt by its members does not terminate or affects the acts of use which had been carried out before the complete elimination of the content. You will indemnify RepYourCourt for any and all claims resulting from content you supplied.
Any comments, feedback, suggestions, and ideas that you provide us in connection with your use of the site shall be and remain the exclusive property of RepYourCourt. We may use your comments in other mediums such as radio, television, internet, and print advertisements using only your username, town, and state or your first name, first initial of your last name, town, and state. Although this example was given the manner, mode and extent of such advertising are subject to change without specific notice to you. RepYourCourt will not compensate you for any feedback or idea even if it is implemented nor will we compensate you for the use of your comments in a public forum.
RepYourCourt will occasionally post reviews and articles related to products, courts, players, or other basketball related material. The reviews and opinions of our writers are there’s and there’s alone. RepYourCourt encourages our writers the freedom to write unabashed and as a result some reviews may be unfavorable to products you may have an ownership or a vested interest in. RepYourCourt is not responsible for the loss of business, revenue, or sales that may occur as a result of an unfavorable review or negative press.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold RepYourCourt, its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, service providers, suppliers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your violation of the Terms, your breach of any of the representations and warranties herein, or your violation of any rights of another.
Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
