Rep Your Court’s Privacy Policy
RepYourCourt is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy serves to inform our users of how the information we collect is used, obtained, and shared. The terms "You", "Your", "User", "Member" refer to any person accessing the website. The terms "Company", "Us", and "We" refers to the RepYourCourt brand, U Got Next Enterprises, and its parent company WHN Inc.
Principal Usage
RepYourCourt obtains its users data solely for the purpose of enhancing the user’s experience within the site and for any other interactions with the RepYourCourt Company. We will not provide this data to any other company for the purpose of providing them commercial research, marketing, or other reasons not listed without explicit consent from the member, except in consultation from a third party in enhancing the RepYourCourt experience. Any consultation company will be held to the same standards as we hold ourselves when it comes to our users' data.
Invitations & Forwarding
The site allows for members to share, comment, and invite non-members. The collection of information related to non-members is handled the same as it would be for members.
Communications
RepYourCourt will provide periodic email updates via newsletter on items such as new events, articles, courts, and teams in the user's area. Receipt of these newsletters is completely voluntary as are all other updates with the exception of systematic notifications such as password resets, changes to privacy policy, etc.
Log Files
We use IP information to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to individual user's personal information. The information logged is as follows:
- IP Address
- Remote host
- Browser type/version
- Access times
- URL requested
- Referral URL
By logging this information RepYourCourt administrators can help identify trends and fix site navigation issues or other errors that would otherwise hamper the user's experience.
Privacy Policy Changes
RepYourCourt reserves the right to change or modify its privacy policy at any given time.
Notification of Change
RepYourCourt will notify its users to any material change in its privacy policy and a member's continued use of the site after such changes will signify acceptance of any adjustments made to this policy. Notification of changes will be sent to users via email and indicated on the site itself 30 days prior to implementation of any changes.
